Clover sprouts are light, small sprouts that add the perfect amount of crunch to a sandwich or on the top of a salad. Mild tasting with a nice sweetness, clover is very similar to alfalfa in taste, but has higher nutrition levels. It's one of our favorites here at Sow True Seed, where we're fond of blending them up in our morning smoothies for an extra punch of protein and vitamins.  125 grams/4.4 ounce
