Cauliflower Seeds - Snowball Self-Blanching

Self-wrapping leaves protect the delicious 6-8" white heads from heat and sunlight. Best when grown as a fall crop, since the leaves curl inward and wrap the heads more readily in cool weather. 

Snowball Self-Blanching cauliflower should be direct-seeded or started indoors in mid- to late summer for fall harvest. It can also be grown as a spring crop if started indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. It needs full sun and well-drained soil. Heads will mature in about 68 days. 1.75 gram packet contains approximately 655 seeds.
